Field Day stationed food truck concept
A HOME BASE FOR THE COFFEE BREAK.

ONE SITE.
A FAMILIAR STOP.

Field Day is being developed for large, busy projects where a convenient drink or a quick meal can mean a long trip offsite.

The truck

A fixed selling location near an approved break area or contractor parking. The menu stays focused on coffee, house energy drinks, cold beverages and simple food.

  • One designated onsite position
  • Hours shaped around shift and break times
  • A compact, clearly presented menu

The beverage cart

An optional way to reach more of the same project. A cart would follow an approved route and stop where it is safe for workers to approach.

  • Scheduled stops within the project
  • Drinks suited to quick service
  • Separate route and access review

FROM IDEA TO A GOOD FIT

LET'S GET
THE SETUP RIGHT.

Every project has its own rhythm. Here's what we'd work through before a location could open.

  1. Understand the crew

Daily headcount, shift starts, break times and how long the project will need service.

  2. Find the right spot

Site permission, an accessible break-area location, safe walkways and any existing food vendor arrangements.

  3. Plan the practical details

Water, power, waste, servicing access, staffing and the requirements for that particular site.

  4. Confirm the service

Menu, prices, operating hours and approvals would be agreed before any opening date is announced.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD FIT?

REAL CREWS.
REAL ROUTINES.

A big project name isn't the whole story. We want to understand how people actually move through the day.

A reachable workforce

People need a practical way to walk to the window during their breaks.

Enough time on the project

The remaining construction schedule matters when planning a staffed location.

A clear site contact

A construction manager or site team who can confirm access, rules and placement.

A place in the food mix

Current catering, vending, free drinks and exclusive agreements all affect the setup.

ONSITE QUESTIONS

LET'S CLEAR A FEW THINGS UP.

Would the truck leave to deliver orders?+

The intended selling model is a truck stationed at one project. A beverage cart, if approved, would serve stops within that same site.

Could the crew be staffed locally?+

Local staffing is part of the proposed model. Actual hiring, shift coverage and staffing levels would be worked out for the selected site.

Does the site need to supply utilities?+

There is no universal setup yet. Power, water and servicing requirements need to be reviewed against the selected equipment and the site's rules.

How many workers does a site need?+

There isn't a confirmed minimum. Crew access, shifts, existing food options and project duration matter alongside headcount.
